Ye exercise fat burn, stamina aur legs ko strong banati hai. 2) Side Jump :- Iss Side Jump excercise me apko ek jagah khade rehkr apne hatho ko upr niche karte huye jump karna hai. 60 sec tak karne ke baad ap teesri excercise kar sakte hai.
