SIXTY SECONDS FIT FOR FUTURE :- Hello dosto, main apka dost manish aa gaya hu naya blog le ke aaj me apko bahut hi short me six excercises ke bare me batane ja raha hu jisse aap ekdam fit or fast ho jayege. aapko iske liye dedication, consistency or hardwork chhiye apne pain ko jhel ke apni body to fit bana paye. to kya aap tyar hai isme apko 60 secs dene honge per excercise ko or bina kisi bitch gap me ye karna hoga. sirf 1 min ki hi to bat hai chaliye shru karte hai...
1) High Knee Jump :- High Knee apko jump karna hai bina ruke or ise lagatar 60 seconds tak continuously karein. Ye exercise fat burn, stamina aur legs ko strong banati hai.
2) Side Jump :- Iss Side Jump excercise me apko ek jagah khade rehkr apne hatho ko upr niche karte huye jump karna hai. 60 sec tak karne ke baad ap teesri excercise kar sakte hai. Ye aapki agility, balance aur legs ko strong karta hai.
3) Push Ups :- Apko apne hath or pair ke bal let ke apne aap ko push karna hai up or down. Yad rahe niche aate samye apko sas chorna hai or upr jate samye sas lena hai. Apko ye 60 seconds tak fast aur sahi form me karein. Ye chest, arms aur shoulders ko strong banata hai.
4) Wall sitting up :- Is excerise me aapko apne pair se khade hoke apne pass ek wall ya diwar ka sahara leke niche jake chair ke jase bethne hai jaise aap chair me bethe ho. Body ka pura weight aoke ghutne or pario me ho or apke hath ek dam sidhe ho. Appko ye bhi 60 sec tak karna hai. Ye thighs aur legs ko iron jaisa strong banata hai.
5) Sit Ups :- Ye excersice thodi tough hai mgr koi baat nahi aap kar lenge. Isme apko sabse pehle letna hoga met me phir apko kamar ke niche ke hisse ko bina mode utha hoga asia karte time apne hath apki mundi ke piche honge. Yad rahe apko ghutne nahi modna hai. ye excercise apko 60 sec tak jitni bar ho sake kar sakte hai. Ye aapki abs aur core muscles ko strong karta hai.
6) Plank :- Plank Excercise me apko apne hath ko halka mod ke jaisa photo me hai or pair ke bal letna hai 60 ka timer laga ke or body ekdam sidhi rhe pura apka control apki body me ho or saso me. Saans normal rakhein aur body par pura control ho. Ye exercise full body strength aur core power banati hai.
