    According to the World Health Organization (WHO) is doing to battle against the use of tobacco, and human beings round the world can do to claim their proper to fitness and healthy living. The day is in addition intended to draw interest to the tremendous incidence of tobacco use and to negative fitness effects, which currently lead to more than eight million deaths every years worldwide.The day has been met with both enthusiasm and resistance round the globe from governments, public fitness organizations, smokers, growers, and the tobacco industry.

      विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन के अनुसार तंबाकू के उपयोग के खिलाफ लड़ाई लड़ रहा है, और दुनिया भर के मनुष्य फिटनेस और स्वस्थ जीवन के लिए अपने अधिकार का दावा कर सकते हैं। यह दिन तंबाकू के उपयोग की जबरदस्त घटनाओं और नकारात्मक फिटनेस प्रभावों के प्रति रुचि आकर्षित करने के लिए भी है, जो वर्तमान में दुनिया भर में हर साल आठ मिलियन से अधिक लोगों की मौत का कारण बनता है। इस दिन को दुनिया भर में सरकारों से उत्साह और प्रतिरोध दोनों के साथ मिला है , सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य संगठन, धूम्रपान करने वाले, उत्पादक और तंबाकू उद्योग।

▶️ विश्व तंबाकू निषेध दिवस पहली बार कब मनाया गया था :-

     In 1988, Resolution WHA (World Health Assembly) 42.19 was handed through the calling for the celebration of World No Tobacco Day, every 12 months on 31 May. Since then, the WHO has supported World No Tobacco Day each year.


1988 में, 31 मई को हर 12 महीने में विश्व तंबाकू निषेध दिवस मनाने के आह्वान के माध्यम से संकल्प WHA (विश्व स्वास्थ्य सभा) 42.19 पारित किया गया था। तब से, डब्ल्यूएचओ हर साल विश्व तंबाकू निषेध दिवस का समर्थन करता है।

1️⃣ There are many disadvantages of taking tobacco, due to shortness of breath, it can also cause us Asthma disease.

1️⃣ तम्बाकू लेने के अनेक नुकसान है साँस लेने मे तकलीफ होना इससे हमे अस्तमा बीमारी भी हो सकती है। 

 2️⃣ Taking tobacco can cause cancer in our lungs and lungs can also worsen.

 2️⃣ तम्बाकू लेने से हमारे फेफड़ों में कैंसर हो सकता है और लंग्स भी खराब हो सकते है।

3️⃣ Taking tabacco can also cause heart failure in our body.

3️⃣ तम्बाकू लेने से हमारे शरीर में दिल भी खराब हो सकता है।

4️⃣ Tobacco helps us to overcome any disease of our body.

4️⃣ तम्बाकू से हमारे शरीर की किसी भी बीमारी सेहने की शक्ति काम को जाती है। 

5️⃣ Taking tabacco can seriously worsen the condition of our home. At the same time, there is a shortage of money.

5️⃣ तम्बाकू लेने से हमारे घर की हालत गंभीर खराब हो सकती है। साथ ही पैसों की कमी हो जाती hai 




▶️The Simple Calculation of taking Tobacco
:-

If we save the cost of the average Tabbaco, then we can also buy a car. For example, if you take tobacco twice a day to convince you, then you can save about Rs 20 a day i.e. 20 × 30 days = Rs 600 and if you talk about a year, then Rs 20 × 365 days = Rs 73,00 So after 10 years, you can buy about 73,000 rupees whatever you want. You can understand yourself further.
▶️ एक साधारण सा गणित है तम्बाकू का :-

अगर हम औसत तम्बाकू का खर्च बचा ले तो इससे हम एक गाड़ी भी खरीद सकते है। जैसे आपको समझाने के लिए रोज आप दिन मे दो बार तम्बाकू लेते हो तो एक दिन मे लगभग 20 रू दिन यानी 20 रू × 30 दिन = 600 रुपये बच सकते है और एक साल की बात करे तो 20 रुपये × 365 दिन = 73,00 रुपये तो 10 साल बाद करीब 73,000 रुपये जो आप चाहे वो खरीद सकते है। आगे आप खुद ही समझ सकते हो।
